المكملات الغذائية المستخدمة في الدايت

تشمل المكملات الغذائية:

1- شيتوزان (Chitosan) 

شيتوزان يعد نوع من السكريات التي تستخلص من الطبقات الخارجية
اذ يستخرج من قشور المحار والجمبري
ويعرف بأن له القدرة على منع امتصاص الجسم للدهون والكوليسترول

2- كروميوم (Chromium)

يحسن الكروميوم تحويل الغذاء إلى طاقة
كذلك يساهم في تقليل الشهية من خلال حرق سعرات حرارية أكثر كذلك يزيد الكتلة العضلية 

3- مستخلص القهوة الخضراء (Green Coffee Extract)

تتسبب القهوة الخضراء في زيادة حرق الدهون والسعرات الحرارية
بالإضافة إلى تقليل امتصاص الدهون
وذلك لأن القهوة الخضراء تحتوي على مادة الكافيين التي ترفع معدل الحرق بالإضافة إلى حمض الكولينيرجيك الذي يسهل تكسير الكربوهيدرات في المعدة مما يجعل التخلص منها أسرع دون الحاجة إلى امتصاصها في الجسم 

4- لبان الدكر أو صمغ الغوار (Guar Gum)

يستخلص من بذرة نبات الغوار، ويمنع امتصاص الدهون في الجسم بالاضافة الى ذلك فانه يعطي المستخدم الشعور بالامتلاء

5- جارسينيا كامبوجيا (Garcinia Cambogia)

كلمة السر في المكملات الغذائية هو الحمض الموجود في هذه النبتة
الذي يعد بمثابة دواء لعلاج زيادة الوزن
وذلك لأنه يمنع الإنزيم المسؤول عن إنتاج الدهون
كذلك يزيد نسبة هرمون السيروتونين في الدم والذي بدوره يقلل الشعور بالجوع 

6- الكافيين (Caffeine)

تدخل في أدوية إنقاص الوزن
وذلك لأنها تساهم في عملية تنظيم درجة الحرارة التي بدورها تقوم بحرق مزيد من السعرات الحرارية لإعطاء الجسم الشعور بالدفء


7- اورليستات (Orlistat)

تعد من مواد التخسيس المشهورة منذ سنوات
سواء باسمها الكيميائي أو تحت اسم تجاري اخر
وذلك بسبب نتائجها في منع تكسير وهضم الدهون في المعدة
وبالتالي تقل السعرات الحرارية الناتجة عنها التي تتسبب بدورها في زيادة الوزن 

8- مستخلص الشاي الأخضر (Green Tea Extract)

يمنع الشاي الأخضر انتاج الانزيمات المسؤولة عن هضم الدهون
وبالتالي تقلل امتصاصها وبذلك يعد ذو فائدة كبيرة في علاج السمنة

9- حمض اللينوليك المركب (Conjugated Linoleic Acid)

بشكل طبيعي يتوفر في الجبن والزبدة، لكن اذا كنت ترغب انقاص الوزن
فإنه يساهم كثيرًا في تقليل الشهية وزيادة الشعور بالشبع
بالاضافة الى ذلك فانه زيادة الحرق ويحفز تكسير دهون الجسم للتخلص منها

المكملات الغذائية ما لها وما عليها

على الرغم من ذلك أن أغلب المكملات الغذائية التي تستخدم في الدايت طبيعية
إلا أن المكملات الغذائية سواء كانت طبيعية أم لا فإنها لا تصلح للاستخدام لكل المستخدمين

وذلك لأن بعضها لا توجد عنه دراسات كافية توضح أضراره أو الجرعة المثالية للاستخدام منه
بالاضافة الى أنها قد تضر مرضى الأمراض المزمنة من خلال زيادة نسبة السكر في الدم أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم

لذلك قبل الاستخدام ننصح باستشارة الطبيب لتحديد الجرعة المناسبة
وما إذا كان المكملات الغذائية مناسبة لحالتك الصحية أم لا 

ختامًا إذا أردت إنقاص وزنك فإن المكملات الغذائية ليست كافية لاعطاء نتيجة مثالية
إنما فقط عامل مساعد بالاضافة الى نظام غذائي صحي وممارسة التمارين الرياضية
